How to use this template

1. Place the patient's primary diagnosis at the center of your concept map. This is the anchor point from which all other assessments and actions stem.

5. Add simple linking words like contributes to, leads to, or requires to explain the relationship between elements. This makes your clinical reasoning easier to follow for both learning and collaboration.
