How to use this template

  1. Start by listing every task and identifying every role involved in the project.
  2. Grab the R, A, C, and I icons from the box to assign roles to stakeholders. You can copy and paste them as needed to assign multiple roles.
  3. Assign roles to teams according to the following guidelines:
    R (Responsible): Assign R to the person who will complete the task.
    A (Accountable): Assign A to the person accountable for the task.
    C (Consulted): Assign C to the person who will give feedback or input on the task.
    I (Informed): Assign I to the person who needs to be informed about the task's progress.
  4. Share the Space with your team and brief them on their roles and responsibilities in the project.
